I translated a broad, high-level concept into a large-scale website redesign and modular design system.

Solspace, one of my development partners, brought me on to handle UX and design. Our long term relationship across many projects enables us to operate as a cohesive team and balance visuals with the realities of coding and implementation. The project also required close collaboration with teams across Genpact, from design to leadership. Operating at Genpact's scale meant balancing a wide range of services, audiences, and internal teams, all of which need to be represented clearly and consistently across a single digital platform.

Our Approach
I began by helping bring clarity to a complex set of offerings and priorities. Through ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, we worked to understand how teams communicated, how services were structured, and where users needed more guidance.
From there, I aligned information architecture, content, and visual language around Genpact’s core services, designing a system that was both scalable and practical to maintain. Throughout the process, I worked in close partnership with the development team, ensuring the designs were grounded in real-world constraints while still pushing the experience forward.

The work resulted in a flexible, scalable design system.
I delivered a large library of components within Figma to bring consistency across the site while supporting future growth. Genpact’s core services were presented more clearly, helping improve the overall user experience across the site.
