About Us
Our passion is taking your passion and crafting an ideal experience
Our work focuses on usability and the communication of clear messages through intuitive interfaces, logical solutions and attention to detail.
How We Work
Our process is designed to work closely with you, incorporating your knowledge and constant feedback. Each step builds on the last, with multiple iterations and approvals along the way resulting in an efficient workflow.
01
Discovery & UX Research
Our first objective is to get to know you, your audience and your philosophy. This will help us formulate meaningful questions and identify specific needs. This phase includes a walk through of desired functionality, review of your customer groups and their varying needs, and speaking with internal team members to gain different perspectives. We will then often conduct customer interviews, allowing us to design with empathy and make decisions based on reality, not assumptions. Deliverables include personas and customer journeys.
02
Information Architecture (IA)
During IA, the paths users can take to navigate the various sections and tools will be determined, laying the groundwork for the overall structure of the websites. This will be delivered as flowcharts that visually demonstrate this architecture, pages and flow.
03
Wireframes & Prototypes
For each page of the site, wireframes demonstrate the layout and content hierarchy. Prototypes will take the wireframes and make them partially functional, demonstrating interactions. We may undergo several prototype rounds, testing and revising with your team and customers.
04
Visual Design
We now put a design on top of the product, finalizing the overall look and feel, color palettes, typefaces, icons and imagery. Our final delivery would consist of Figma design files which would be used by the development team, along with the prototype and other documents for reference.
05
Development Support
We will work closely throughout development to review design, provide new elements and clarify interactions. We find this to be a crucial step to ensure consistency from concept and design to code.
